WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR STORING AND DELETING DATA ?

360project deletes your personal data as soon as it is no longer required for the original purpose and when we are no longer obliged to keep it.  

Where we have a commercial relationship with you, we will delete your personal data two years after our last contact. 

When we have exchanges for a collaborative project, we will delete your personal data six months after our last contact. 

When you request and obtain information about your personal data and your data protection rights, we will delete the request within three years. 

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION ?

360project applies technical, organizational & contractual measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized use, modification, disclosure & unauthorized access. 

Technical measures 

Technical measuresYour personal data is stored on servers in Quebec or Europe using the best technologies for performance, availability and web security. In particular, we apply industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI/DSS, SOC 1 type II and SOC 2 type II, CSA Cloud Security Alliance. 

Data flows are encrypted in accordance with best practices for protecting data integrity. You connect directly to your Paypal account for your transactions. We therefore do not process your bank details. 

Organizational measures 

Minimizing the collection of your personal data is the first and most important protection measure.  

Our employees and partners are bound by strict confidentiality. Where personal data is to be handled by authorized personnel, access to it is only possible via an encrypted connection. Access to personal data is restricted to individually authorized personnel. Authorizations are granted by 360project. Personal data is never stored on mobile disks such as USB sticks or DVDs. 

In the event that your data suffers a security breach resulting in a real risk of serious harm, 360project will notify you and the relevant supervisory authorities without delay. We will provide information on the data involved and the measures taken by 360project to limit the potential adverse effects of the data breach on the individuals concerned. 

Contractual measures 

360project does not trade or sell any personal information to outside parties. Transfers of personal data between the European Union (E.U.) and Canada are carried out within the framework of the E.U. adequacy decision. In the event of a transfer to a country that does not ensure the same level of protection for personal data, we will ask for your consent and will implement the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
